What do you fellow geeks think of taking up self-defense classes? Im thinking of enrolling at a taekwondo club...just to get out and to toughen up a bit.

MMA is too violent for my taste. I like taekowndo or karate coz its more disciplined. ADD COMMENT

I think it is better to know some self defense in order we can defend ourselves if ever we coincidentally met a troubled person who wanted to fight us. ADD COMMENT

Yes, it is good to have a self defense classes and at the same time it is a good exercise like taekwondo, it it a nice sport. ADD COMMENT

taekwondo sounds good to me. it's always good to practice self-defense but please remember that it shouldn't be used for bad intentions. ADD COMMENT
