a teenager probably 16 approached me the other day at the grocery asking for help. he told me he got lost and needed a couple of dollars to go home, so i gave it to him. after a while i saw him purchase a packet of cigs out of the money i gave him! i was so mad i told him off right there at the store and he had the gall to tell me to mind my own business! im just so mad right now!

you can always report the issue to the authorities. cigarettes are not for minors. never mind about the money you gave, give your concern more to his health which is the right thing to do. ADD COMMENT

the same thing happen to me one time and i feel very sorry for these kids. i wonder why they have to do this, i mean where are their parents? should we blame them? ADD COMMENT
