i think government is looking into tightening security and making it mandatory in all schools.

a tight security in all school premises and a disciplinary action. i know for sure that government is implementing these laws, but are these enough for us parents to be sure that our kids are safe?

its always great to hear that they are doing something.

i guess its pretty rare for kids to pay attention to the news so seeing something like that here is great!

I just wish they would hurry up.  They spend time arguing and debating and somewhere out there are kids getting bullied, raped, taunted etc!

I couldn't understand that there are still more violence when we have a high technology equipments to put in our school premises, why not it doesn't help to minimized violence?  

It doesnt minimize coz technology is not the problem, its the person itself.

I hope that governement continues to make laws and most importantly enforce them.  What good is a law if it stays on paper.  Gangs are getting tougher and more violent.  Govt should crack down on gangs to make our communities safer.

are the government really doing something about it? well if they're doing so, i guess they should do more actions about it.

I do not know much about laws but they have projects to minimize violence in you areas. Example of this is catching those kids who commit mistakes which is against the law.
