Parents must have a communication lines open to their youth, so they can help their children whenever they have a deep problem.

Parents, take immediate action if your teen should say goodbye to friends and family members without any reasons.

But keeping communication lines open is not enough. Sometimes, initiating it is a must so the children will feel safe enough to talk about their physical and emotional pain.
