Hi, I would just like to share with you my tip to help you feel better when you feel angry, tired, depressed, sad or just down on the dumps. When I get this way, I just meditate. Meditation does not need to be spiritual. Its just like your mind is taking a break from all the chaos in the outside world. The next time you feel like punching out of anger or just screaming, close your mind instead. Go to your "happy place" for just a few moments and allow yourself to relax. When the mind relaxes, the body can too and you will feel inner peace which can radiate physically. Try it and feel better!
