Feeling Guilty

I became pregnant at 15 yrs. old.But my boyfriend and I were not ready for marriage... we aborted the fetus. I feel guilty and unclean. How can I overcome my guilt?

Every man commits sin, but you can overcome guilt by telling Jesus about your burden. "Give your burden to the Lord. He will carry them," God isn't bothered about the size or gravity of your sins. All He asks is that you ask for forgiveness. ADD COMMENT

Yes, God can easily forgive your sins but you must not forget that He can see clearly your forgiving heart whether it is real in asking forgiveness or not. ADD COMMENT

In a counselling , you have to confide to a person who can truly be trusted... A spiritual adviser is a good choice. Tell him everything you wanted to know of how to unburden your guilt. ADD COMMENT

After you submit yourself to the Lord, then with a forgiving heart, unburden all your loads to Him. And believe that God loves you most. ADD COMMENT
