I think you are going to be unpopular.  Hall monitors usually are and from what you wrote they are similar.  however, if it will do your school good, then go for it.  School violence can be fought but you need somebody who is willing to do the grunt work!

sounds like a good idea to me. i think it would be more better if you study the consequences first, you can also ask teachers advice.

It is a good idea, but how about if it should be pass first as a law  and  become one of the rules and regulations of the school.

In America where I was exchange student, some kids very mean.  Call me chinky eyes and Jap kid.  I think your idea good to protect kids who want to learn culture and lesson.

School administrators will decide it. But I guess if you try to suggest it to them it will be a brilliant idea. But you should be careful in choosing your school patrol members.

That's a good idea.  In doing a citizen patrol , the parents and the teachers would hire a parents whose child is also studying in that particular school, to do the roving , an hourly roving and do the duties in accordance to the rules and regulation made by the parents and the teachers.
