Yes it is very important that in disciplining a child  patience is within us and must  have a prayerful life, and so in having this in our lives, violence might be eradicate in the lives of the youth.

Every mistake got punishment. That's my own opinion, It won't be tolerated because it will be done again and again. Don't spoiled your children because of a great love. If you love your children then discipline them.

There's no other proven effective discipline than prayers , with this kind of discipline, our teens be out of dangers. more important is, to have faith in God always for He is the owner of our lives.

Have patience and understanding in giving instructions to the children. And win them through a mellow voice not in a harsh voice and do not  yelled.

Before disciplining the child, it is much better to consult first the Lord.Communicate Him in prayers, ask Him for guidance in imposing His kind of discipline towards your children.

In a diplomatic way of disciplining a child, can touch the heart of the teens, but it can be done in a very careful manner so to tame the heart of a child.
