Professional help for violent students

School violence has become the global cause of concern and all the countries of the world are trying hard to figure out ways to control and get rid of this problem of school violence. The basic reason why this is considered to be a very serious problem is because it directly affects the future of any country, i.e the youth and no country will ever be willing to let their youth suffer from any kind of threat.
The schools also have understood the seriousness of this problem and so they also take all the possible measures to control the problem of school violence. The school staff and teachers are trained and counselled to handle the students peacefully who turn out to be violent as if they are not tackled with care they may prove to be harmful to the other students and to themselves, too.
Along with this, the schools also understand the need of having a counselling cell in the schools where such type of students can be dealt with and cured as just ignoring and avoiding them might cause serious results. We should also at the end of the day need to accept and understand that they are also kids and their violence can be due to the negligence or rejection that they receive from the environment of the school. Hence, those students should be given proper counselling by the professionally trained counsellors who then can help them come out of this situation and start behaving like other normal students of the school.
Several treatments are also been introduced to help the violent students deal with their problems and it had been concluded that not only the school plays an important part in helping the students get cured but their parents also play a very strong part in helping them get the faster recovery. Psychotherapy known as child-parent psychotherapy helps to work on the child parent relationship and strengthen their bond, thus helping a violent child come closer to his family making him feel better.
Professionals also apply various therapies like the play therapy, group therapy and art therapy to understand the actual state of mind of the violent student and then decide on the mode of treatment for him. The play therapy and art therapy help the professional come closer to the student as they get involved with hem in the activity they enjoy doing and then making their treatment quite easy and effective looking at the art work of the student they also try to analyse the inner feelings and mind of the student and understanding this helps them to treat the student in the right direction.
It is very necessary for a professional to build trust and confidence in the student whom he is going to treat and make him realise that there is somebody who understands his exact state of mind and is always there to help him and listen to him, as they also need to be felt loved and cared. It is a fact that although the process of treating these violent students might take some time but they can surely be treated and helped to lead a healthy and normal life and this is the only way to treat this problem of school violence.
